Psoriasis on one of my feet. The heel and along the side and in between my big toe. Tops of my toes. I tried Flexitol feet balm which calmed it down but the dry skin made absorption difficult.
Feet and heel
-used a mini dremel, gently ground down the skin and applied creams and it made the absorption better. I cut the peeling skin gently, then applied Flexitol Heel balm.
- GP prescribed Enstillar which healed the broken skin. This has calmed things down.
- bamboo socks which helped retain moisture. Got them from Boots but can't find any anymore now.
Elbows and legs
1. Fludroxycordite tape recommended by Dermalogist
2. Dermovate ointment.
Palm of hands
- flexitol hand balm + dermovate ointment and bamboo gloves [Boots UK]
I've also gone Gluten free. It's under control but not cured. Hope this helps others.

Hi there,
I bought bamboo socks on Amazon which I find helpful, they put less pressure
on my lower leg area reducing swelling.
