Our opening/closing dates and helpline availability over the bank holiday weekend.
The Psoriasis Association helpline will be closing at 4pm on Friday 22nd May, and reopening at 9am on Wednesday 27th May.
During the bank holiday weekend, our helpline will be closed. You can still call us on 01604 251 620 and leave an answerphone message, or email us at email@example.com. However, please be aware that we will be unable to respond until we reopen on Wednesday 27th May, and that it may take us some time to work through the messages that have been left.
If you need any medical assistance during this period, please contact your GP, specialist team or pharmacist by phone or email. Remember to check the opening hours of your GP surgery and local pharmacies in advance, as many will be closed or reducing their opening hours over the bank holiday weekend.
If you require medical assistance when your GP surgery is closed, you should contact your local out-of-hours service. You can usually do this by calling your GP surgery and listening to the instructions on the out-of-hours message.
For urgent medical advice, please call 111 to speak to a trained NHS adviser or use the 111 online service. More information can be found on the NHS website.
