Bank Holiday Opening Hours

Information about our helpline availability over the bank holiday weekend.

Our helpline will be closed from 4pm on Friday 30th April, reopening at 9am on Tuesday 4th May. You can still call us on 01604 251 620 and leave an answerphone message, or email us at mail@psoriasis-association.org.uk. However, please be aware that we will be unable to respond until the office reopens on Tuesday 4th May, and that it may take us some time to work through the messages that have been left.

If you need any medical assistance during this period, please contact your GP, specialist team or pharmacist by phone or email. Remember to check the opening hours of your GP surgery and local pharmacies in advance, as many will be closed or reducing their opening hours over the bank holiday.

If you require medical assistance when your GP surgery is closed, you should contact your local out-of-hours service. You can usually do this by calling your GP surgery and listening to the instructions on the out-of-hours message.

For urgent medical advice, please call 111 to speak to a trained NHS adviser or use the 111 online service. More information can be found on the NHS website

For up to date information on COVID-19 (coronavirus), please see the latest NHS advice.
