Dermfix 1000

Hi I'm new to this site. I've just bought a handheld Dermfix 1000 but not sure how to use it. I will use as the instructionsregarding time. After I use this my psoriasis go white scabby again. Is there any moisturiser I need to use after each treatment and how long will it take for the white scales to go away? Should I keep out of the sun whilst using this? I only have a few patches on elbows knees and ankles. Should I invest in a canopy which have the Tl01 tubes? Help would be appreciated. Thank you
