Our Research Strategy

At the Psoriasis Association, we’re passionate about driving progress in psoriasis research. Our goal is to better understand what causes psoriasis, improve how it’s treated and managed, and ultimately find a cure. That’s why our 2025–2030 research strategy is bold and ambitious, focused on accelerating innovative research that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

We fund research across the UK that looks at all aspects of psoriasis, including its physical symptoms, emotional and social impact, and how it affects quality of life. We support studies into all types of psoriasis and welcome research into related health conditions (comorbidities) when they align with our top 10 research priorities.

We’re also committed to sharing the results of this research widely so that new discoveries can benefit people living with psoriasis, their families, and the healthcare professionals who support them.

All funds donated to fund research into psoriasis are greatly valued and appreciated. Visit Make a donation - Psoriasis Association for further information.
