Scalp Psoriasis

I have looked at all the advice about different shampoos to use thank you. I have had scalp psoriasis for many years and tried and failed with most recommended shampoos - they are ok for a while. Has anyone advice about a conditioner I could use as I have frizzy hair which always need conditioner thank you

To be honest, I would ask a hairdresser about this. Conditioner is generally only applied to the hair and not the scalp - so I doubt if their is a conditioner that is specifically effective against psoriasis.
I use a couple of specialist shampoos for my psoriasis, but my usual conditioner or hair treatment.
