Falkland Islands

Hello I had psoriasis all over my face and body before HM Forces posted me to the Falkland Islands for 4 months. Whilst I was in the Falkland islands my psoriasis completely cleared up and has now started to return again 10 years later. I do not know what cleared my psoriasis up maybe the thin ozone layer, no fast food and the water we used to wash in. I now cannot afford four months in the Falklands and have heard about an Australian cream that comes in three lotions and i believe begins with an S. This cream apparently works well does anyone know its name and has anyone experience of using it and what results did they get. Thanks
