Red Clover combination tablets

I've been reading How I Healed My Psoriasis: And You Can Too! By Julie Logan and she recommends a number of supplements to take to help reduce Psoriasis. One of the supplements she recommends is Red Clover combination herbal treatment, so I researched it online. I found an article that says RCC is not suitable for those who have an autoimmune disease and my understanding is that Psorisis is an autoimmune disease. Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone take RCC? And does it work?
