Treatment choices

Hi all wondering if any one can help, Today I have been offer the choice to start either Ciclosporn or Methotrexate I'm really unsure which would be the best option I have a phone appointment next week to discuss my choice. Any suggestions on what path to go down?

A P sufferer for over 30 years, through good and bad times.
Pros and cons with each. My experience:
Cyclo - fast acting, numerous side effects. Not a long term treatment.
Mtx - Can take longer to see improvement. Again numerous side effects. Can be a long term treatment if your body reacts well. Can be taken in injectable form which is supposed to result in less nausea effects than tablets.
Both will require regular blood tests. In my case I started on both and the Cyclo kicked in quick. After about 6 to 8 months was weened off Cyclo and remained on Mtx successfully for about 10 years.
