Skyrizi - Have been recommended this drug

Has anyone been prescribed it ? Are there any side effects ? Are there any other choices ? Found Ciclosporin to be extremely effective and was completely clear, but was not allowed to continue it after 6 months. Since then have been on Methotrexate increased to 15mg but not as effective as psoriasis returning to almost pre-phototherapy levels (prior to ciclosporin) Would like to hear from others experience Thank you
