Ointment for psoriasis

Hi society, I am in the early stage of psoriasis and it has not spread yet. I mostly have psoriasis in my hands and as you all know during summer,things get worse. I found a cream that it seems to be working it s called luca s papaw ointment and you can find it on Amazon for 15/20 dollars. For my stage it seems to be working fine. I apply it everyday at least twice a day. I hope this helps
