Dull pink areas around my waist

Hi, I developed psoriasis about 3 years ago at 65. It has been mainly confined to my back, and not very severe compared to what others suffer. I have mainly been treating it with steroid spray and moisturiser. Over the last few months I have had quite an improvement and the patches have mostly gone - I have been taking Vit D and probiotics so I dont know if that has helped. However, for maybe 3 weeks have have developed quite large dull pink areas at my sides, under the rib cage. They dont really look like psoriasis , and the closest thing I can see would be inverse psoriasis - but nothing as bad as photos I have seen of this. I was just wondering if anyone else has had anything similar?
