Hi
I recently started a biologic and am hopeful things will improve in due course. However, my hands and feet are really bad at the moment - especially my feet. They are really cracked and open, making it really painful to walk. I have spent a fortune on various bandages etc just so I can walk. I honestly thought there would be something out there for this given that it is so debilitating like special socks and dressings - but it appears to be just the run of the mill stuff like corn plasters (!)
Has anyone found anything that has worked really well for them?
thanks

Hi Maisie Mac
I have the same problem, I had P all over my legs and arms since I was about 3 now 60 years later it has gone from body and onto my feet, I can not walk today as they have split rather bad over night, I have been given creams and told to to keep my feet moist, but nothing works,
Please let me know if you find anything that helps, as it is ruining my life
Good Luck Lindy xxx

I have this on both feet and one hand and have had this since I was a teenager (now 48). I use cling film on a night once I have put on ointment and wrap feet with cling film. I also use Palmers tub which I use before putting on socks so as to cut down on the steroids. When they have been really bad I also use dead sea salt in a foot spa and then put Palmers or ointment and wrap with cling film if I can. Hope that helps.
