yes, I suffer with the Koebner phenomenon - which sounds like this might be what has possibly happened to you do you think - do google it?! My newly acquired plaque psoriasis was incredibly painful, very sore & hangry (as both hot & angry) too, I could hardly stand anything touching my skin & used to wrap myself in clingfilm to help reduce the pain, so I could tolerate clothing. Yet had guttate 20 years ago & it was never anything like this. As this happened during Covid no one could see me. It's just like an inflammation storm has been triggered. Hope things calm down soon for you x

Hey Sasslee, I’ve had something like that happen too. My skin was doing okay, but after getting a bit too much sun, one spot that got a little burnt turned into a sore, red psoriasis patch a few days later. Anything I tried to put on it stung like mad, even the stuff that normally helps. What Acrazydoglady said about the Koebner phenomenon sounds like it could be what’s going on. I hadn’t heard of it before, but looked it up and it kind of fits. Hope it eases up for you soon.
