Please help - rebound of Guttate after stopping Enstilar foam

Hi there, I was prescribed Enstilar foam some years ago for scalp psoriasis. I’ve since developed Guttate Psoriasis which Ive been treating with foam too. It works but the minute I stop it comes back. I then developed Perioral Dermatitis on my face and i also have stretch marks on my buttocks. Because of side effects, I convinced myself to stop cold turkey which may or may not have been the right decision. The Guttate is bigger and redder than ever and is spreading to new areas. I’m using Silkis ointment on my body and Sebco on scalp. Alongside coconut oil internally and externally, probiotics and fish’ oil supplements. My question is, should i have stopped this suddenly? I actually wish id never started. How long with this go on? It’s so frightening
