Worried about confidentiality of Interenet Search

I don't like it too much when I search for health information and see those ads following me around everywhere. A friend introduced me to this new search engine which says it does not track users or advertise in any way. I found their page on psoriasis pretty useful for me:

Irascible septuagenarian fed up with the psoriasis constantly at me :wink:
DuckDuckGo is another non tracking search engine and I use it all the time.
