Without a GP how do I find out if I have Psoriasis on the Palms?

Hi I have Psoriasis on the Scalp, nails and Psoriatic Arthritis, and under my tummy and have developed an odd patch of skin on my palm. It itches a bit, kinda looks red around it but not mega, thrn white dry skin on top which I've tried creams, lotions, peeling...nothing gets rid of it...had it months now...wondering if its possibly Psoriasis.

Hi, I've had P for ages (about 40 years) and for the first time in my life I now have it on my palms. It looks a bit like you describe. I wasn't sure, so raised it with the hospital dermatologist who confirmed it was psoriasis.
Suggest you go to your GP to check it out though, as it could be something else, like dermatitis.
