Work and Psoriasis

I'm currently undergoing PUVA treatment at my local hospital this is my third round but my work has decided to change the way it works and I need to work the time back. I currently go twice a week and with travelling it can take over one hour which I am struggling to make back due to being quiet at work. I'm finding it stressful that I am owe so much time and have no idea how I can make it back which is making my skin worse. Any advice on what I can do would be appreciated.
