PPP problems

Hello - I'm new to this group. I'm more than fed up with meds. I've been through PUVA, steroid creams, Methotrexate and just now Acitretin. Methotrexate was just plain awful and just about demolished me and the consultant took me off it. I started on 10mg AcItretin , four weeks later I upped to 20mg and side effects of all kinds kicked in. Four weeks later again I tried dropping it to 10mg to see if that helped. Today I'm stopping it altogether because I'm feeling depressed and unwell generally. I want my life back. does anybody know how long acitretin stays around after stopping? Off to see the consultant on Monday.
