winter cycling

Hi i am new to this web site,,,,,, i enjoy cycling but every year come November i have to but the bike away until April because of psoriasis flare up on my face - cheeks due to cold weather cycling
I've tried a few creams but nothing seems to work
does anyone else have this problem and can recommend a solution that can keep me cycling thanks Phil

update ,,have bought a more expensive Epionce cream will see shortly if it works

Update !! bang on cue the colder weather is kicking in and face is rashing up on cheeks when out cycling
The Epionce is working ok as an all weather protector but the best result is Aveeno baby barrior cream this works really well to repair any redness couldn't affordEpionce barrior cream but Aveeno is great wish id found this years ago ,,, hopefully no more hydrocortisone
