Advise needed

Hi all. Iv got psoriasis on my elbows and now it’s effected my toes nails. I hate it I hate wearing any short sleeved top or sandals. Well anyway. Iv got a big wedding coming up next July is there anything I can try to calm it down and anything I can put on toe nails? Thanks.
