Mouth Hygiene, plus a few other life style changes...............

Hi everyone, I have (had) suffered from quite extensive Psoriasis for many, many years. I used to come and go. I'm now 52 and I don't have ANY, apart from a small square cm on my back A few years ago, I was asked to increase my mouth hygiene. I now use mouth wash, dental floss / sticks and try and brush 2/3 times a day I know this is excessive BUT it has reduced sore throats by 100%!!! I am now heathier too........... I use hyper-allergenic washing powder (small amounts), NO shower gell or hair shampoo, but do use Aluminium free deodorant This is my experience The recovery was probably about 3 months, doesn't cost anything either Oh, one final note, I exercise. For me this is cycling about 3 times a week, but this also allows me to clear my mind too, as I practice / control my breathing I can't stress (by not stressing!!) how all the above has totally transformed my life It is only fair that I pass this on, and if it helps just one person in 2017 / 2018, then I will have a Happy Xmas Mike :)
