Shifting Psoriasis

I was wondering how many others have experienced their areas affected by psoriasis changing with time. Mine started on my inner thighs about 10 years ago...an area that is now completely free of psoriasis. I used to have a huge patch on my left hip, which is now completely free of it. But instead I now have large patches on the back of my legs and on my lower back. The one on my lower back started to extend up my back.....but has now decreased to a smaller area. The only area that has remained affected for a long time is my scalp. Every other area seems to be on the move.
