Light box

Hi, i just wondered if anyone had bought their own light box for phototherapy treatment, and if they worked well etc? Been on steroid creams for over 30 yrs and just been put on Zorac for a break from steroid creams and gels...I'd welcome any advice as it really gets me down, especially on my hands and legs...
