Erythrodermic psoriasis

Hi... Im 54yrs old never experience psoriasis untill this summer. Having a very traumatic time . The unbelievable and intence irriation , no sleep at night . Night time showers just to calm skin down. 90% of body coverd , spent 5 days in hospital ,had a skin biopsy. Im in my 2nd week of taking Ciclosporin..... my P has calmed down in places... but I just feel unwell and tired all the time, hands and feet burning , muscle pain.......does any one know...?...does it get better...?..and is it worth .....the risk of lowering your immune system.
