I drank more than usual on the weekend and I’m getting light treatmeant for my psoriasis now. Is it normal to get signs of a flare up? But will it actually flare? Will it pass

I have had psoriasis for 6 and half years now and quickly realised that i could not drink alcohol without a flare up. wine and beer are the worst for it.
Vodka is not too bad to be honest but would still rather avoid it.
I have not touched alcohol in roughly 5 years because of my skin.
