I a newbie here and thought I'd finally take the leap to post. I am looking for suggestions on best ways to track flareups and response to treatment - I would really appreciate any suggestions - bit frustrated as I am certain my treatment is not helping.
Has anyone else used any apps as well - what are the pros and cons?

There are apps out there. But they would be no good to me as it is so random. It depends on how stressed you are, your diet, how fatigued you are, even down to what the weather is. Just get a calandar and make a note of how you are each day and see if there is any corroboration to it. X
