My life with P (update and good news)

I just wanted to make an update for my situation and condition (see below my initial post). Since I started the local UV treatment 6 months ago, there are parts of the body 100% P free and where P never came back (it's like a cure). There are small read dots (up to 2-3 mm in diameters) that appear for time to time on my skin (notably around the elbows) which I treat ONLY with hydrating creams.
