Biologics and surgery

Hi. First time of posting I need to have a partial knee replacement later this year. I have been taking Stelara for my psoriasis since 2017 with an excellent result. I believe that I need to have 12 weeks clear of the treatment before surgery. Does anyone have any experience of this they may wish to share? Many thanks
