Winter clears my psoriasis

The last few years my psoriasis has cleared up during the Winter. Now it’s spring it’s coming up again on my hands again. Has anyone else had the same experience, any advice?

Actually, I experience the opposite. But I have seen others report what you experience. My psoriasis symptoms decline in spring and summer - I have generally assumed it was because I get more sun and more fresh-air to my skin generally.

Well some say sunlight helps.

Hello I find the opposite happens. However, look at what you eat to illuminate your psoriasis. It thrives on glucose. Cut out all sugar and juices, eat a low carb diet and watch the results. Doctors don’t tell you much about how to break the cycle. Medicine is an industry and a business they treat symptoms NOT causes. Look at for example a KETOGENIC diet. Psoriasis and cancer can’t thrive without glucose. Starve them of it and enjoy the benefits. Good luck
