Hi Erin, I am not able to help as someone to talk to with the same condition. Compared to many people on these forums, my psoriasis ( since 1980, my final year at Uni ) presentation has been relatively straightforward and uncomplicated (plaque, guttate and arthritis). I do not know when your next appointment is with the ENT specialist. I would strongly recommend that if your lumps are increasing in number and becoming more painful, that you do not wait weeks or months to see your ENT specialist again, but either contact them directly, or make an appointment with your Doctor. Tell them what is happening and they should be able to get you the right advice or an earlier appontment with someone suitable, perhapos even in conjuction withthe ENT specialist.. They might also be able to advise or look into any link with the psoriasis flare up. I doubt if anyone on here would be able to tell you if (or how) the pressure in your head, the change in lumps and psoriasis are linked (if at all). Bear in mind also, you have no idea who anyone is on here or their level of knowledge. Some will still offer apparent medical diagnosis, which could be overly alarmist or under-appreciate a situation. Best wishes, and good luck.

Hi, thankyou for your reply I went to doctors today and I have a scan booked and blood tests done today. Thankyou for your advice, I will ask the ENT speacialists if it’s anything to do with Psorisis! Thankyou again it means a lot for you to reply! ☺️
