Humira to Imraldi

Hey fellow P sufferers! I’ve been on the Humira injection for the past year and it has been amazing for me, however due to the patent running out I’ve now been switched on to Imraldi. I’m really struggling to inject as it is SO painful, does anybody have any advice on better ways to inject the new pens? Also, has anyone suffered any different side effects from when they was on Humira?
