Hello. I’ve got my first dermatologist appointment tomorrow and I’m really nervous. I have p all over my body, head to toe, I used the enstella and it worked well but soon as I stoped using it, it came back 1000 times worse. I don’t know what to expect tomorrow

Take a notepad and pen, and write down a list of any questions you want to ask. Take the notepad with you and write down key-points of any answers - most of us have so much going through our minds the first time we see the doctor or specialist, we forget some of what we want to ask, or much of what they tell us. Good luck.

Hey Tom, if you feel like posting, I am sure it might help some others to know how you got on at your appointment. (not personal details, but did you feel listened to and come out of the consultation feeling that you have a way forward?)

Sorry for the late reply. It went ok. He give me a month worth of enstella and a few other bits. I go back to see them on the 4th of next month. But the enstella does really work. He recommended uva but he said we can talk about that when I see him next. So ye it does feel like there is some hope for people. It’s just getting over the waiting to see someone

UVB worked really well for me Tom, after finishing I'm almost 2 months clear, only a little bit of redness no flaking or scaling.
