Knee Inflamamation ,indent finger and toes inflamed

Hi everyone .Im back and after 3months of PSa , I am wondering if i can still walk normally ? When i was diagnosed with psoriatic arthrities ,the fluid on my left knee was removed . However until today that knee remains inflamed that I have to drag it ..I cant bend it .I am taking 15mg of methotrexate now and sulphasalizine I am very bothered that i lost lots of weights already and I want to know if I can still walk. straight at least ..with this like knee cap is stiff does it mean my knee is deformed ? Im having this nauseaus and feels like vomiting everytime i eat Looking forward to all ur advices
