Spots on top of psoriasis

I had psoriasis for nearly 2 years now and all of a sudden I’m getting spots (red bumps( on top of the red patches on my legs that won’t budge? Does anyone have any recommendations on what to use on this and is this common I’ve never got them before? someone pls help and also if anyone has used bondi sands tan on cleared up psoriasis how has it turned out and which ones best to get thanku x
