Sebopsoriasis

Hello! I get a lot of psoriasis in my hairline, inner/outer ears, nose and (only recently) my eyebrows. It tends to itch a lot, flake off in massive amounts and can sometimes bleed if caught. I’ve tried using natural oils (olive, coconut) and Vaseline to soften the skin, which works, but it doesn’t tend to clear it up. My skin is really sensitive so I’m trying to avoid harsh chemical treatments. My doctor gave me one liquid treatment a few years back but it physically burned my scalp, so I’m avoiding a repeat of that! The same goes for hair masks and protein packs, Any recommendations would be great! Thank you
