Enstilar foam - how long does it take to absorb?

I was just prescribed Enstilar for my guttate psoriasis and my derm recommended putting it on after showering. The issue I have with it is my guttate is widespread - torso, arms, ass, legs, it's everywhere, so when I put the spray on my entire body is greasy and sticky and it gets all over my clothes and bed sheets and I have to shower again in the morning otherwise I go to work feeling like a jar of Vaseline. Is it a viable option to spray it on say half an hour before I shower, then wash it off and just moisturise afterwards? Does anyone know how long it takes to "absorb" into the skin and become effective?
