Car Driving and Groin Psoriasis

scalp > limbs > total torso
I find my groin psoriasis gets much worse when driving longer distances.
I wonder if anyone else has found this?
(maybe there are some (obvious) solutions)

I find that using a medicated anti-fungal powder in my groin helps a lot. In my case it SEEMS that if a fungal rash starts it triggers the psoriasis also.
I dry my groin after a shower with kitchen-roll or a hair dryer to make certain it is dry, then dust with powder. Dust again before a long car journey.
