Skin & scalp

Hi guys I’ve just joined this group, my name is kirsty, I have been suffering with my skin & scalp for 4 years or more no matter what shampoo the doctors prescribe it always comes back and comes back worse. I’ll upload some pictures if I can see if anyone knows what it actually is as it’s never been tested. Thank you in advance
