Thin skin

Hi all, I used to have psoriasis on my eyelids. I have been able to cure it through Hanna Sillitoe's 'Radiant' skin book. Trust me the book works, but it is hard!! However, before I started her plan in the book, I was using steroid cream. Now I have been left with one saggy droopy eyelid due to the steroid cream thinning. I am really self conscious about it. Is there any way to thicken the skin back?
