Psoriasis v sacroiliitis

Recent hospital admission for a pain in the butt, which was diagnosed with MRI as Sacrioliitis, my medical team felt this was caused by psoriasis. 6weeks later an a further MRI still have inflammation to the joints - any body else out there had similar experience in the uk?
