Heat and Psoriasis

My psoriasis has gone absolutely manic with this heat , really raised Itchy and angry. Any suggestions?

Try Boots Derma care daily moisturiser I find it cooks my psoriasis down

sorry, that should have been cools down, I also take 10\0 CBD OIL from THREELITTLEBIRDS on instagram it really helps, good luck

Mine too. I run my elbows and hands (where the psoriasis is worst) under the cold tap

I have had 3 Amgivita injections, 2 the first week and 1 in the second week, I have had no side effects and the difference in my fingers is amazing, the skin looks almost normal, they are not sore and only slightly itchy, which is a vast improvement and my skin is not flaking off, I am still using the Boots Derma moisturiser which also helps to cool my fingers and stops the itch.

Mine is on my lower half of legs mainly on calf. Also have toe nail psoriasis. I too soak them in cool water with dead sea salt Usually in a tall plastic waste bin!
It I was mainly on back of legs But this year has started on front shins as well so more unsightly
