Erthrodermic

I think I have a slight case of erthrodetmic P just now but my ankles haven’t swollen yet so not contacted dermatologist. Last night skin burning today can’t get a heat in me, bern happening for a week. I’m on acetritin and not been taking it every day plus been drinking alcohol so know this is part of the cause of the flare up. Any ideas to ease it at the moment? Tia x
