Itchy face

Hi, im new to this forum and I've had psoriasis for around 40 years, (suddenly feel a bit old!). Over the past few months it's flared on my scalp, ears and neck. I'm keeping it mostly under control . I'm a wee bit anxious just now though as my chin, sides of nose and eyebrows are itchy and mildy red. Make up covers it easily , but i just wondered if anyone has any tips for managing it. Im loathe to use steroid in case of rebound. Cheers,
