Looking for reassurance

Hi Lewis, how did you go on at your appointment? Did the consultant prescribe methotrexate, my daughter was taking it orally for a while and it did seem to help, she swapped to weekly injections but unfortunately developed an abscess at the injection site, which I think was down to poor injection technique more than anything. She’s been put off injections and she’s now about to start on Fumaric Acid Esters which apparently normalise the balance of chemicals in the cells which cause psoriasis. Give the methotrexate a go, hopefully it will work for you, good luck and fingers crossed 🤞
