Psoriasis behind the ears and mask

After 2 long days at work putting on and removing the mask, I found that my ears were red raw and splitting. I have now bought a Face Shield. I find that when I am working, I am removing and putting back on the same mask within minutes. My ears were weeping and sore so I’ve used Vaseline and removed my earrings for now until it starts to heal. I also have psoriasis on the scalp and down my neck. Nothing seems to be reducing the red scaly skin for a year now. It’s just something I have to deal with. So for now I will be wearing a face shield to work (key worker) and hopefully my ears will heal without bleeding or splitting again.
