Benepali/entanercept experience

Good morning, I have had Psoriasis for 30 years now and over the last 3 years been treated for the symptoms of Lupus (SLE). I have just been diagnosed with being hyper mobile too. I have had back pain on and off for 28 years, but over the last few years it has been persistent. A recent MRI of my back shows chronic sacroiliitis (with joint damage) in my SI joint (which wasn't inflamed at time of scan). My rheumatologist thinks it might be PSA, rather than damage from wear and tear due to hyper mobility. He wants me to trial Benepali for 3 months to see if it helps. I am a little anxious about starting this drugs in the current climate (COVID) as they suppress my immune system. Does anyone have experience of these drugs and are happy to share. Many thanks
