Finger Nail Psoriarsis

I have a very severe case of finger nail psoriarsis, to the point where I have virtually lost all but one of my finger nails. I believe the process of nails lifting up from the nail bed (first sign is part of each turning yellow) is onycholysis. I have seen a dermatologist 2 or 3 times over that period but felt that I was not given much help - not even how to manage the condition. I was also disappointed to discover that podiatrists do not include this condition in their remit - and there does not seem to be any branch of medicine that specialises in it. Moreover, it would appear that there are no support groups which one could join. It would just be nice to be in contact with even one other person who has been suffering from this very unpleasant condition, which has both psychological and physical consequences. Help!
