Yes. It is excellent. If you type Exorex into the search window at the top of thios page and select the tab "from the forums" you will find several threads about it (at least 10). If it was "not any good" GPs and your Dermatologist would not prescribe it. However, with psoriasis not everyone responds to the same treatments and not always in the same way. I have had psoriasis on and off since 1980, and coal-tar based treatments have always been effective on me, and are preferable to reeated use of steroid.
