Preventing the Koebner response /Prostrate Biopsy

Is there anything that a urologist/surgeon can do to try and prevent the koebner response when doing a Transperineal Ultrasound-guided biopsy of the prostrate? I'm on a NHS waiting list for this procedure, which involves taking between 24 and 50 samples through the perineum (the skin between the scrotum and rectum).
